Rangers tickets aren’t free and to pay for them, loyal fans work hard and drive hard.  Almost 50% of Dallas/Fort Worth DMA residents that attended a MLB game last year and have a full or part-time job spend 40 minutes or more simply driving to and from work*.  Combine this with trips to pick up the kids, go to the gym, run errands, and go out for a night in the city and it is easy to see how MLB fans in Dallas are the perfect group to reach with outdoor advertising.

Media Exposure:
Dallas/Forth Worth DMA residents that attended at least one MLB game last year are becoming less exposed to other media types every day.  They are more likely to own satellite radio, many own a DVR, and the majority use the internet for information traditionally found in the newspaper.
